Moving to Dubai
I never thought I’d leave my home city, but remote writing gives a lot of flexibility, so I started looking for places with better weather and opportunities to network internationally. Dubai caught my attention — modern, safe, and full of expats.
I spent a few weeks browsing listings and stumbled upon https://dubai-real.estate/. The platform made it really easy to compare neighborhoods, prices, and building amenities. Eventually, I found a small apartment in Downtown Dubai that felt perfect for settling in and having a quiet place to work.
The buying process was surprisingly smooth. I was worried about the legal side, but the team behind the site helped me understand everything step by step. Now I’m here, working from my balcony with a view of the Burj Khalifa, and honestly, the move feels like the best decision I’ve made this year. Remote work really makes relocating this seamless.

I’ve been lurking here for a while and finally decided to post. I work as a data analyst for an international company, fully remote for the last few years. As long as I have a quiet place and reliable internet, I can work from anywhere, which slowly pushed me toward the idea of relocating instead of just traveling.
Barcelona wasn’t my first option, but after spending a few weeks here on a trial stay, it grew on me. The city feels alive but not chaotic, and it’s easy to build a routine. I rented at first, but the prices and short-term mindset made me rethink my plans. I wanted stability.
During my research I came across https://barcelona.realestate/. What I liked was the clear focus on Barcelona neighborhoods and the fact that many listings seemed suitable for people actually planning to live there, not just rent them out. After some time…

Moving to UAE
Hi everyone, I’ve been reading this forum for a while and finally decided to share my experience.
I work as a UX/UI designer for international clients. My job has been fully remote for years, so location was never tied to an office. After living in Europe for a long time, I started looking for a place with better weather, a more dynamic environment, and clearer long-term residency options.
Dubai came up more often than I expected. At first I was skeptical, but after a short visit everything made more sense. The city is very convenient for expats, things work fast, and it’s easy to balance work and personal life if you’re remote.
Housing was the biggest question. I didn’t want to rush into renting long-term, so I started researching property options. I found several suitable projects on https://primocapital.ae/. What helped was that they focus a lot on new developments and explain the process clearly for non-residents.
